Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft shoplifting in florida?

The charge is value $300(the store add charges,she really stole like $150 in clothes).The fine is $3000, i would like to know what's gonna happen with her, she's going to jail or not ? he's gonna see the judge in two weeks accompanied with public defender since he doesn't have money to pay the laywer?thanks

Tony you have several topics you have started all over same event. It would be wiser for you to keep it all in one topic so the those who reply can see all the info. That being said $300.00 makes this a felony charge which could mean prison
