Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft shoplifting in GA first offense whats court going to be like

first off I DONT KNOW WHY but I shoplifted from Kohl's and i got caught, arrested and all that stuff. I got bailed out and now I have a court date. I know it was wrong and I got what I deserved. Now I am facing the penelties. Its my first arrest for anything my record is clean not even a traffic ticket. I am 19. What I want to know is what is court going to be like? (i am going to plead guilty) me and the judge with other people that that have court too? a jury? are the people from Kohl's going to be there? do i need a lawyer?

Under no condition do you just walk in and plead guilty! Thats like writing a bank check! You should consult with an Attorney(s) even if you cant afford one. Ask about Diversion as option. Since I dont see dollar value of what you took its hard to say what are possible penalties.
