I was in a Store and they have Three Check out Counters and only had one open and line was long and I had gotten out of line twice. My Daughter kept wanting more things. I got back in line and payed for a couple of things when my Daughter brought another item to me and before I thought about IT, I had just walked out of the Store.
24 hours later the Police served me a Warrant for Shoplifting and said that the Store Manger seen me, he had no ideal if it was on film or just eyed me?
He never said anything to me and I guess he got my License Plate number and signed a Warrant. What is my best defense. I am a Widower and I don't have the patience of a Mother and I just wasn't thinking about what I was doing.
I'm Disabled and single parent of two children at home. What is my best Defense for my issues with this problem. I have never been in this situation before and I don't know how to be a Mother with the patients of Job?

I am Disabled and I have children in school and I don't know what I should do.I don't even know if it is on Film or if the Manager just seen me and called in my License Plate?

Disabilities, widow, motherhood; none of that matters.
What does matter is what you do next.

You stop discussing this, except with your lawyer.
You appear in court when and where directed, plead not guilty, admit or confess to nothing, say nothing about the charges or the case, hire a lawyer (or, ask the court, when you do appear to appoint you a public defender).
The court or the clerk will explain how to formalize your request for the public defender.
Eventually, you'll meet with the lawyer, assuming you qualify for a public defender to represent you.
In the meantime stay out of additional trouble, investigate "shoplifting behavior modification programs", "honesty classes", "ethics classes", and counseling for any other issues that may be causing you problems.
The judge likes to see a person accused of a crime take initiative to improve their behavior.
You also need to make sure this NEVER happens again, because you could have had the state attempt to take your child(ren) away from you.
Yes, it does happen.
Ultimately if you start to fix your issues, refuse to discuss any apsect of this (remain silent), obey all laws staying out of trouble, this can be fixed.
Bon chance...

I am a Retail theft consultant and talk to people like you daily. I can safely say in all my years I have NEVER seen the "Accidental shoplifting" defense work. Read here http://www.parentnook.com/accidental-shoplifting/ as stated earlier talk to a Lawyer and ask about defense plans and/or plea options. Be sure to ask about ACD or Diversion as possible plea options

Yep, your best bet is to talk to a lawyer & only the lawyer. The lawyer will go over your options with you & you can ask him/her any questions you might have.
