Yesterday, I was caught by LP's who saw me try to steal some addias body-spray,
which ended up costing 20$'s. They told me that since I was willing to comply,
and that since I was sixteen and it was my first time that they weren't going to involve the police,
however since I don't know my social secuirty number, or my adress, I am visiting Ohio for the Summer,
they called the police, (Apprently they're job is at risk if they call my parents, because I could be lieing?).
Even though they did phone my parents/uncle they still pressed charges, and I was taken to a police station,
signed some papers, and now I have a court-date.
however, the court-date is getting transfered to Texas where I live. My question is, since i'm sixteen
and this is my first crime what should I be expecting as a punishment?
