How long does it take to be put on the retail theft database and if you get charged in mass but another store in nh subscribe to the database and had suspicions of you stealing but never confronted you or actually saw you take anything can they press charges against you

I hear the information ages out of those databases after seven years.
They say the same thing about bad debts and bad credit, too.
Who knows for sure?

When the LP files the report it goes to database right away either electronically or via mail
