I am from a smaller retail store concerned about awareness in my store. I was wondering if anyone had any educational shoplifting training videos that I could show to my employees when they are hired on?

I suggest you visit some Loss Prevention forums for said material. You can also contact some of the major retailers around you as they likely have some and might sell you copies. You can also hire a LP consultant as well

Not disagreeing with the admin, but I doubt a major chain would sell you copies of videos.

Or you can see if an lp representative or police officer would do some new hire orientation on the side for a fee.
