i was recently busted for snatching some dvds from wal mart on 7/1/08 and spent 7/2/08 to 7/3/08 in jail. then i got sent home, with an ankle monitor,they also said that i violated my prob. and that that they could pick me up on that as soon as the papers were filed,today in the mail a letter that there was an arrest warrant for me i plan on turning myself in mon.when this all happened i was in my 6month prob.of a 8 to 10 momth sentence.what type jail sentence im i looking at. thanks stacie

No one here can safely tell you that. Who ever was your Attorney at the time should be able to answer that. You could be asked to serve your entire sentence or the remaining portion if I had to guess
