my boyfriend was caught stealing at Wal-Mart when he was sixteen his fine was 150 dllrs.
he never went to court to recieve a court date. and never paid the fine.
Now he's eighteen and has been trying to get a job but can't. is that because of his record (btw he has no other offences) or cause of the economy? and what's going to happen to him since he never went to court? what should we do??

We have no way of knowing that. If he had a court date and failed to appear its likely there is a warrant for his arrest
