hi i was caught shoplifting from khols about two weeks ago in illinois item was $37. they didnot call police,and not give me any citation or the court date. i sighn two papers one with my info with ssn and other no tresspass notice .i received civil damand yesterday which i paid(mail).
my question is do i have criminal record? i heard they post your name in some database which make it difficult to find job? is it effect my naturalization process? is it effect my credit score?

In order to have a "criminal record" you must go to court. since you did not and no Police action was taken you have no criminal record

Yes if the store belongs to such a database and if your potential employer is subscriber as well. If your worried about this dont apply at any retail store

No it should not. Immigration and credit reporting agencies historically do not belong to these databases.
