I shoplifted a cinnamon bun in (a store) a couple of months ago. The security guard caught me and took me to the manager, who took my details and made me sign a letter saying I was banned from the store. The police were not involved and they took my picture using their own CCTV cameras. What after effects will this have? Will I never be able to go to any (of these stores) worldwide for the rest of my life? Will I be arrested if I forget and go in one? Will this be on record and prevent me from getting a job in any other shop? I am very worried, please help.
