You'll have to convince the FBI to seal your records.
That's rare, almost impossible.
A state court in CO can't order the FBI to seal your state arrest records, and all the things the arresting agency submitted pursuant to your arrest.
You might be able to convince a state judge, in Co to seal the arrest insofar as the state is concerned.

I'm 45 last month I make the Accident Mistake some candy with nut in my pocket from grocery store ,on that day I bleeding from my Cancer and the medicine drive me crazy.I can not eat meat ,sugar and milk to prevent cancer recurrence.
The police come give me a ticket summon Municipal court.
The Judge dismissed my case ,and closed my case.
So does that ticket go to my record? if happen how I can seal it to keep my record clean ,I really need to work so can have money to pay medication.

Speak to a lawyer, or two.
Only your CO records can be sealed.
That doesn't mean no one will ever discover your little misdeed.
It just doesn't work that way, mate.
That's why I always advise everyone to OBEY ALL OF THEIR LAWS.
Once they getcha, you'll remain GOT until you die.
Despite what they say, the only way to cleanse the stain from your once pristine name is to receive a full pardon.
That, mate, you won't ever obtain.
They save that for their big moneyed pals.

still very very sad! they caught me but no body care I'm so...sick.They so happy to caught me when I still don't know what going on? my body is hurt and my heart is hurt from the way they did.

I hope you make a full recovery from your medical maladies.
However, if you don't, you can take comfort that God won't care about anything you may have done, as long as you profess your belief in the tenets of whichever faith you follow.
If you don't follow any faith, your death will make this whole sordid, sad affair moot.
If I were in your position, I'd focus on getting better.
That's your real fight, getting better.
If you don't overcome the disease, none of this will matter anyway.

I missing my case due by my poor language.....
I 'm so sick last few week.Please give some advise about my case: I was charge with theft in colorado municipal court,then at appearance court they dismissed my case but plea bargain guilty for trespassing 10-60 A(1)...please help any idea to withdraw this guilty .does that come to my backround check? I did check mine but don't see it?how I can withdraw this one .also please help to know what I need to do right now?

If you want the court to vacate your plea it would be best to have an attorney. It seems to me that something like that is way over your head. It is far from being an easy thing to do.

There is no way, as it will never happen, to vacate a voluntary plea to any criminal charge.
You were admonished in open court about taking a plea.
The judge asked you several times if you understood the consequences of taking a plea.
You were asked if your lawyer explained your rights, the charges, and the plea to you.
You answered yes.
You had to elocute before the court the details of your crime, in other words you were required to more than admit to the misdeed, you had to explain the crime and the elements thereto.
After all of that was completed, you had to sign that you understood and accepted the consequences of the plea as irrevocable, and unappealable.
Sorry, mate, res judicata has closed this matter for all eternity.

On that day I hear the DA say dismissed so I though about she dismissed my case ,I don't want my case take too long because due too many stress.I say yes but I really don't understand all of those.
I be there by myseft without lawyer.
now I talk to lawyer he say that he try to withdraw trespassing earlier or re open the case because I don't understand....The DA offer the entrepeter 3 time but I want no more stress so that why I say yes because I stress enough to deal with this.
Please advise I can come back to ask to reopen my case or I need to wait 1-3 years and fill the form for hearing court?Which way is the better way.please help.Thanks so so much.

You won't be successful in challenging a guilty plea by claiming after the fact you said YES, but didn't know what that meant AFTER refusing the services of a court supplied interpreter.
You said it yourself, you agreed because you wanted it to end.
That was your choice, made consciously in open court and "on the record", as in "under sworn oath".
The good news, trespassing is a nothing charge.
It's not akin to murder or rape, just a little misdemeanor.
You can try to expunge it, but that wouldn't be worth the money, time, and effort.
Good luck with your health, no need to let this little bump in the road cause you more worries.
Deeply thanks so much for all your advise....i so stupid to think now I just seal it....but when I go to ask volunteer Lawyer ,He say no you need to wait period time or hired lawyer to take care this....then I do understand I missunderstand ....too bad.
