Hi there my name is Ashley I'm from South Africa cape town to start with I run a small floorsanding company base in cape town with only family members working with me due to I work everyday in people house where there is allot of trust from my customers I work for but anyway I have go to buy a Grinder from a builders warehouse in cape town and as I enter the shop I know where to go to get to the tools section because I normally buy alot of my tools and paint and stuff there and at other place too but come to the point I know exactly at the power tools section and in every passage of that shop is Camera's so I when straight to the power tools section and take off one box with a grinder inside and when to the guy next to the power tools section to scan the price for me due to there where no price on the board that displays the grinders so her scan it and the price came out R400 so I still told him that the price was good I will take one due to nice price but as I walk to get a black pad that fit on that kind of grinder to do sanding work with it. As I walk to the cashier the bar code of the box that was scan full off so I just replace it on the same place where it was stuck on in the first place so I went to the cashier and pay for it just as I wanted to leave the till point the manager came to me and say they just caught me on camera charging bar codes of the product and I must just wait for the police now and I try to tell them want exactly what happened about that price bar code but they just don't wanted to let me speak out so cops came and arrest me so I have to appear in court tomorrow I just want to know can I write a letter to the court to explain explain my story or what must I say or do when I go there tomorrow
