I went to the doctors. When I got there (40 minute drive) I was told she was not in today and I would have to reschedule the appointment. The doctors office has a policy that if I were to cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I would have to pay a $25.00 fee. Since they cancelled my appointment with less than 24 hours notice shouldn't they have to take $25.00 off my bill? My health insurance doesn't cover doctors visits and I have to pay out of pocket. Shouldn't they have to follow their own policy?
