In my divorce it states that the father has visitation every friday night to sunday night. He himself would not get the kids many weekends because he was dating a crazy chick and thought it was better for them not to be around her. In Feb. 2008 I told him I wanted to move out of state and take the boys with me. He said that would be for the better. Now over 5 years later he wants to press charges against me because he does not get visitation, does he have a leg to stand on for waiting over 5 years?
I also have an email from him basically giving me permission. Our youngest son just went to live with him this summer and he is now back with me because his current and different crazy girlfriend couldnt handle my son.

He has to actually attempt to exercise visitation.

With that said, expect a modified plan to be put in place with you paying most, if not all, transportation.

Don't worry. There are no "charges" for you to be concerned with.
The only outcome would be a new visitation order to accommodate the change in circumstances since the last order.
