Should I plea innocent to these tickets?

I got both citations at the same time - one for rolling through a stop sign and the other for stopping over the line. If the cop does show up do you think I'll be able to appeal it? I feel like I can't have both. Rolling through a stop sign implies never stopping so how can she say I stopped over the line? If I rolled through the whole stop sign and didn't stop at all I would've only gotten one ticket, right? Overkill much?

If you take this to court you will likely get the offense for the limit line dismissed and be held responsible for the stop violation.
