Sibling Rivalry in Desperate need of Help!

I am wondering how to stop 3 of my siblings from railroading my parents into a nursing home? They have coerced them into emptying out their Edward Jones account on the pretext that it is to keep the money safe in case they are forclosed on, and they have coerced them into signing a medical power of attorney to these 3 siblings. They have been trying for months to declare them incompetent with dementia/alzheimers when this is not the case at all... I am very concerned and am wondering what myself and other siblings can do to stop this from happening? In desperate need of some help here!
