siblings sharing a bedroom- opposite sex

My son is 8 and my daughter is two. We live in a two bedroom home and are saving to make an addition on the house for another bedroom. It may take a year or two until we save enough for this project. So my thought is to have them share a bedroom and have their beds on opposite sides of the room until we can do the addition. Is it legal to let them share a bedroom?

Yes, as stated, it is legal.

So, that's two for legal.

Also agree, legal. Many people cannot afford to have separate bedrooms for all family members/children.

I suspect this is one of those issues with a separated/Divorced couple who are searching for reasons to harm their EX. Dont fall into that trap it causes more harm and tends to damage your children and your relationship with them

When taking in foster children there are requirements for separate bedrooms for children of opposite sex. I think that may be where people get the idea that it's not allowed.

It isn't illegal to be poor.
There are no laws that prohibit sleeping arrangements.
