Is there anything my brothers and I can do to help our mother out. She has trusted her boyfriend of 13 years to take care of her since she got ill with a brain tumor back in 2004. He has since not allowed her to talk with us and has asked us to sign away our rights to her, 2 out of the 3 said no we would not. He then told my mother if she didn't give all of her estate to him he would then let her die with no medical care. She did sign a new will that left all of her property and assets to him and nothing to us or the grandchildren. He has since put her in a home and started to date one of her caregivers, which actually started while my mother was still living there. 2 of us live in Ca and the other in TN. My oldest brother is out there right now trying to get her back on track, but it seems like we keep getting nowhere. She just wants her house back and all of her things and not to mention her dignity back.
