Signature forged!

I disputed a charge on my credit card from a moving company that moved us from idniana to arizona because they were not supposed to charge my card until I recieved my stuff. They did charge my card and 4 boxes are missing, of which 2 of them had very valuable things and very sentimental things in them. They have "supposably" been looking for these boxes for a month and a half with no luck. They sent back to my credit card company things showing I was charged correctly. It included a charge sheet with the total amount and my credit card number and then "my" signature was at the bottom. I never saw this paper, and it is not my signature. They forged my signature! Can I take them to court?

Have you contacted your credit card company to dispute the charges?

Yea

I did. They sent the info to my credit card company with my forged signature.
