signatures on power of attorney form

In the state of Georgia, does the agent have to sign the power of attorney at the bottom along with the principals signature for it to be valid in a court of law?

No but there must be two witnesses and a notary if for the sale of real estate. It is good practice to also have the agent sign but not required.
