Hello,
I have signed contract for a servive event that signed 3 months ago the bride has the wedding all set lesss then 24 hours to the event she cancels 4 of the servers she claims she does not have the money and as I was willing to work with her if we came to an agreement we did not on my contract it state depist is non refundable if event is caceled 14 days in advance she has verbaly canceled the service leaving me with only the contract and 8 to ten hours work int o the event

My question is that with a verble cancellation can the person come after me and sue because I was not willing to change contact that was in effect for months before with out penitaly she canceled my service as I was willing to work with her please help me out

It's not clear what happened here. Was the event in fact cancelled? Or did she simply want to do it on different terms (i.e. with 4 less servers)?

What the legal consequences are depends to a large extent on your contract. Did the contract say anything about the number of servers? Did it say anything about changes to the service?
