Im a single mother of two children and one due in three months. I recently signed a lease thinking I would have a good pregnancy as my last two. Come to find out I have recently been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and preeclampsia and now have to be put on bed rest until after the baby. which im not able to work. I now have to stay with relatives until im stable enough to be on my own again. My question is, is there any way to get out of a lease legally due to my medical conditon or what legal options do I have?
