Sister in Law won't give my car back

Hello my name is Adam, months ago I tried to help my sister out by loaning her my car as long as she would make the payments. Months have gone by and she hasn't given us any money and she keeps giving us the run around to get the car back. Your help is desperately needed. Any advice would be great. THANKS

Do you have a spare key? Can you go and pick up the car? If not call the police. You can also try sending her a certified letter demanding 24 hours for the cars return or you will be reporting it stolen.

That is what sucks we do not have a spare key, police say they can't help because it is a family matter I would like to report it stolen, but don't know if I can.

You can have it towed possibly? If she refuses to return it then it should be reported stolen?
