Small Claims - Abritration?

I have filed a small claim against another business. We are located in Florida, and the defendant is located in Massachusetts. The proper documentation was sent to the authorities in the county, the company was served. I received notice that they want to have Arbitration. We want to fight. How should I fight it?

Please, any advice will be helpful.

Arbitration can be a very good way to right thier wrong, and somtimes usefull if your case appears infront of a judge. Good Luck
