My jurisdiction is: Savannah GA
I have filed a small claims case in Savannah Ga, (vs my ex gf)
We are both residents here, but currently she is visiting/living with her mother in Mobile Al.
The police are unable to serve her papers so I cannot continue with the case. I was advised I could peform a change of address but the lady at the court in savannah did not know who would serve the papers in Mobile. I contacted the municiple court in Mobile but were not alot of help.
I would like to get her served asap.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
