GE Money bank violated soldiers and sailors act.
Case description: Im currently serving in the military over seas, GE money bank never contacted me with a problem with payments, they tried to take an un authorized payment from my account then when is came back as NSF they repossesed the motorcycle, knowing that I was in the military serving over seas. They did not contact me nor have a court order to repo the bike as stated in the soldiers and sailors relief act. To top it all the repo company "totaled" the bike and now they say Im resposnsible for all fees, etc. I have been paying since 2005 on this bike and the balance as remained the same. I want to sue them for violating my rights, illegal siezure of property, and pain and suffering. This has a big impact on my career in the Military. I want compinsation and this to be written off as good/paid in full credit.
