My son was found with 15 Adderrall pills in a bag. They were prescribed to him in England (He is a British and American citizen) for Narcolepsy this past summer and he does not have the bottle, we have been trying to get ahold of the NHS over there and they are having trouble finding a record. He also had an empty Kettamine (special K) bottle seized that he had found in a bar, which they are sending off for lab testing. That and 10 provvigil tablets which I gave him. They are wanting to charge him with possession with intent to supply. He gave a statement today stating all of the above and claiming what was his. He is in College. He shares his suite with 5 other boys and the police arrested one of his roommates friends. The kid had 2 grams of cannabis, and a pipe. They got a search warrant and searched the other three rooms. There is an unclaimed scale and pipe that are not his which they want to stick on him and his other two room mates who were present.
He is an out of state student, and is studying abroad next semester, if he gets probation will he still be allowed to leave the country, what happens if he is out of state (over 2000 miles) during his court date and can't attend?
