My sons best friend worked for an ice cream place and quit....3 weeks later it was robbed...They think he is main suspect and the friend called me today to tell me that detectives are looking for my son...My son was here at the time of the robbery and has no idea who did it..im in a panic because for some reason someone has pointed the finger at him...I know 100% that he had nothing to do with it. Do we need an attorney and I told my son to call them and let them know that he doesnt know who did it and that he didnt do it and thats it...I dont want him involved in that mess nor does he want to be...He is afraid they are going to come to his job..I called the police department and they said they dont have anything on my sons name so that its probably not serious and they just want to question him...If he doesnt contact them t hen will it make him look guilty?
forgot to mention this...The friend has seen the photo of the robber and says that it doesnt in any way look like my son..Description is 155 pounds 5' 5'....my son is 5' 7' 220 pounds....so why would they want to speak with him?
