July 2012 sentenced on 1 count felony possession of pot and 2 misdemeanors one of which was for having possession of adderol. Yesterday he was picked up and charged with his first DUI. Will he likely face jail time.

No one can ever tell what outcome one could receive via the court process.

Sonny is innocent, until proven guilty on the NEW charge.

That, however, could cause repercussions with his previous troubles.

I suggest you speak with Sonny and his lawyer. He should plead not guilty, ask for a lawyer, stay out of MORE trouble, get into a good drug rehab program, say nothing (except to his lawyer), and pray.
