My soon to be ex wife that has signed a noterised document on how our sons time would be split between us. I sent him to Mississippi where she now stays and she now wants full custody and says she might send him during the summer. I also kno that her new boyfriend is a felon and was seen by me having intercorse with an under age female. I am in the state of Nevada but she filed for custody in Mississippi. I am trying to file for devorce in Nevada. Is there any way to not give soul custody to her.

You made a very big mistake by doing what you did.
A notarized document is useless.
You meed a court order.
You may have allowed him to file for custody in MS.
You need to visit a lawyer tomorrow, ASAP.
You need to correct a mistake quickly.

If you were (or are) married, as mommy, his rights are equal to yours.
You had the upper hand by having the kid in NV.
By sending the kid to MS (voluntarily), that could be seen as relinquishing custody, when she tells her side of this tale.

You need a family law attorney ASAP.

Ditto. Your notarized document is useless and unenforceable.
This is not something you should try to handle yourself.

This is a common mistake people make. A Notarized document means that the paper or document is signed by the actual persons whose signature appears on it that's it. The reason you have it notarized is to prove the signatures are true. It has no force of law unless a Judge rules it does. You need to take the signed document to court and have a Judge rule on it then its binding

"Is there any way to not give soul custody to her."

You don't need to worry about that, mom, God and Satan will do that one day.
