Please help!!!! I am living in an illegal apartment- My landlord told me that he was selling the house Sept 15th.. I found an apartment wanted to move in Nov 15th which would be 1 month notice. He now tells me that I must give him 60 days notice... and he can only give me one month notice..... I do not have the agreemnt- but being that the apartment is illegal am I bound to the agreement?
