Is it legal for a judge to impose Special Conditions of Supervison for someone that is on 5 years probation for Back Child Support. Two of the conditions are as follows:
1) I will secure the written permission of my supervising officer before entering into marriage.
2) I will secure permission of my supervising officer before entering into any type of contractual relationship.
They have also advised him that he can not live with his current girlfriend of 4 years in which he already lives with!

This might be the biggest favor that was done for you without you asking.

One of the restrictions most likely isn't illegal, just unenforceable.

That would be the first one.

But, why are you with someone that is delinquent in paying court ordered child support?

Don't you see that one day, you might have to chase this deadbeat down to collect support owed to you?

As for not living with you, you're better off without this bum.

If I were you, I'd use the restrictions as a way to break up with him.

This guy has shown his true colors, and they aren't pretty!
