ok i got a few questions to ask today (my final day of high school) i burned out in the parking lot only for an undercover cop to see me and give me a ticket but i wanted to know if since the code states that it is a highway violation if it doesnt count because i was in a parking lot and one last thing he said i was the registered owner of my truck when i am not my dad is

another few things i might add is that he didnt check my insurence or registration and made me late to my class if that means anything i just wanna find some loop hole so i can get this dropped
