Speeding 21 Over

I live in Wake County NC and I got a speeding ticket yesterday going 46 in a 25 (21 over). I thought about using a Prayer for Judgement but I don't want this to effect my insurance premium. I have not had a ticket for anything in probably 15 years. Should I just try to get it reduced? What would be my best option?

Go in on your court date and see what they offer. A nine over is best but if not take the PFJ.
