speeding in nc

i am 23, have a clean driving record, and in june was pulled over for going 85 in a 65........ am i still eligible for the prayer for judgement and or driving school to get this ticket removed, once again i have a clean driving record and this was my first ticket ever........ this would help a bunch.....

There are a lot of NC posts on this forum. Go in and talk to the DA and see. He is the only one that will be able to tell you.

I have just heard there is a possibility NC has changed its policy on PFJ's and they will no longer keep your license from being suspended when it is for a 15+ ticket. I am waiting for an answer from the DMV. If you find out, please let us know.
