I've been looking for help on what to do with my tickets and I just found this site. So here is what I got.

I've had five speeding tickets in my life thus far. I'm 19 years old. My first ticket I took traffic school for and it went away. Then I got another ticket and it had not been a year yet so I could not take the school for it. So I paid it had took the four points. Most recently I recieved a ticket going through a college campus "USF" and got pulled over and the cop did not tell me how fast I was going and said, "back on the other roads the speed limit is like 30 I think" and well then when I look at the ticket he check marked Viloation of traffic control device. He didn't even check the unlawful speed nor did he write a speed anywhere on my ticket. He told me he pulled me over for speeding. He charged me 120.50 whch according to the little envolope is the fine for a younge child not wearing their seatbelt.

I set up a court date for it. Any advice?

Now on 4/21 I was pulled over in hamiliton, florida and arrested for excessive speeding. I was going 123 in a 70. I got out of the jail that night after a friend paid the fine for my bond. Now when I was leaving the cop game me two papers. A ticket for excessive speeding. Then a half sheet of blue paper labeled " a cash appearance bond" and it says I have to appear in court for reckless driving willful and wanton.

So now I know I cant take traffic school on the speeding ticket because its over 30 mph.
but i am looking for advice on how to handel this. ive talked to cops who have told me odds are they will talk reckless down to careless since it happened at 2 in the morning and there were only a couple of cars on the road. but then i talked ot a investigator who is family and he said i could go to jail. i know my lisence will be suspended i suppose. but i am wondering is hardship an option? i just dont know and would like advice....

thanks guys

Based on the your statements in your post, it sounds like you will permanently lose your license and go to jail.

are you serious? i was thinking since people with DUI's get off the hook and what not...why would you say that?

Hire a lawyer knowledgeable about traffic/speeding issues.

the cops have all said its not much to be worried about since i dont have a past record. i mean on ticket that was taken off. i hope to get the usf ticket off by going to my local traffic court and saying that the officer didnt give me information(if that dosnt work then i would take traffic school for it) then a 123 speeding ticket / reckless charge that go hand in hand.

i was told jail isnt an option and then i was told it was.

as far as the never being ever to drive again that seems a tad bit farfetched being that ive seen people get multiple dui's and still be able to drive....
