In September of 2002, I was granted a Prayer for Judgment Continued on a 74 in a 45 speeding ticket.
August 8, 2005, I get a citation for 66 in a 35. If I simply postpone my court date until after September, will my PJC be finished (A PJC is "complete" after 3 years with no convictions)? I understand that if it isn't, both tickets can come up and I may have my license suspended.
Is jail time ever even considered in speeding instances such as these?
Prior record:
2001: 49 in a 35 guilty, paid
2002: 75 in a 55, took class, erased from record
2002: PJC 74 in a 45
2005: 66 in a 35
Thanks for the help.
