Speeding Ticket - 1 PJC in family already

I got a speeding ticket today doing 63 in a 45 in Union County, NC. I have no prior traffic tickets. My husband got a speeding ticket 2yrs. ago and got a Prayer for Judgement. Now he thinks my ticket will cause his ticket to go onto our insurance. Does anyone know if this is true? Also - will a lawyer be able to get this reduced to 9over or should I try for a Prayer for Judgement as well? Thanks.

See if an attorney can get it reduced. PFJ is only allowed once every three years per household. It will not cause his ticket to go on your record.
