I got my first speeding ticket in seven years. He said I was clocked doing 60 in a 45. Also charged for having expired inspection sticker. I've been here a year and a half, so I'm still a little vague on some of the rules. I thought the sticker was good for a year after I bought my car. Anyway, I was told about prayer for judgement and to talk to the da. How does it work and do I just talk to the da before or on the trial date? Will I still have to pay anything if I use a pfj and will my insurance go up? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.:)

Better to go in before your court date and see if they will agree to a nine over which is no insurance increase. Otherwise take the PFJ. Going in early you do not waste time sitting in traffic court. The clerk can give you the hours.
