Speeding Ticket Gone BAd to WORSE

Names Matt,

i have just been arrested for speeding,
Attempting to elude officer,
Wreckless driving,
Driving vehicle in excess of highway speed
Failure to stop at stop sign,
Failure to use proper turn signals.

Now hes my story i was driving avg 66mph on 301 md
The cop was moving in other direction (4 lane motoerway) at this time i thought he had clocked me, but he didnt turn his lights on and as far as i could see he was continuing his driving in opposite direction. So i Followed the GPS which told me to take the next right,

Now i dont know MD well and i know my GPS likes to take me on Adventures (what it consideres Shortest vs fastest route option)
it was clearly this direction was going to get me lost,

so i turned around and got back on the highway and continued the lonely haul down 301.
ONLY At this point was when i seen the cop coming fast up my rear, im doing 57mph and moved to right lane... about 3 mins later of him riding my rear quater panel he flipped his lights and i pulled over instantly...

Now here is the crazy part he states i Eluded him doing 77 at first to be changed to 74mph on the ticket and that Witnesses stated they saw me blow a stop sign and didnt use no indicators..

The area in question was a Country construction site that had NO one there and i mean NO one..
so that confused me..

be that he continued to throw all these charges at me and all i could realy say was ill see you in court...

this State trooper must have thought im a 20yr Racer cause of my 09 NON turbo lancer, instead im a 30 yr old man who just got lost following his GPS at the wrong time....

oh did i mention it was 15 miles down the road after i seen him the VERY first time...

so my question is IF HE DIDNT PLACE ANY LIGHTS ON initially? is this considered ELuding also with these so called witnesses should i ask for them to be present or atleast see the print out of the so called 77/74 in a 55 Zone?

oh also he dont me for $1000 right off the bat, should i payy or fight it all HElp oh please help

Get an attorney quick fast and in a hurry.

You can get out of this pretty easy.
You can't be charged with eluding if he never activated his lights to signal you to stop.
He can't cite you for the stop sign/signals if he did not witness it himself.
The officer will have to explain what he saw that amounted to reckless driving- and unless you are withholding some details, he won't be able to do that.
All that leaves is the speeding... If he got you on radar then you might be on the hook for that. However, if he told you 77 and cited you 74, then given the rest of the bogus violations the speeding might get tossed too since this guy can't be trusted.
Get an attorney if you think you need it.You might be able to make the initial appearance on your own and see if you can get it tossed. Sounds like a bad cop and an easy ticket to beat. On top of that... if you were actually arrested and taken to jail, you might have a civil suit against that officer and his department.
