Speeding Ticket NY State w/No MPH Cited

LEO did not indicate MPH or the MPH Zone on the ticket. Cannot plead either way to a citation that is not specified. Writing a letter to Traffic Court indicating this is the case and asking for the ticket to be declared null & void. Any opinons on this? Plead "Not Guilty" even though there is no specified offense?

Is there a statute number on the ticket?

If so, it is a valid ticket.

New York Speeding Ticket

Plead not guilty and request a deposition. Be sure to send it in CRRR. They have to provide the deposition within so many days and NY also has a speedy trial law that applies to speeding tickets. Failure of the officer/court to meet the deadlines is reason for dismissal.
