speeding ticket/warrant issued in Texas

Hello,

My girlfriend and I are going to Jamaica in March and I just found out she has a warrant issued in Dallas county for an unpaid speeding ticket . My, question is, will her warrant prevent us from going to Jamaica when we go to leave the country at the airport?

Also, I Have and alr hearing for a dwi in February and I do not have a lawyer for representation at the alr hearing? should I go ahead and go to the hearing or should I just let my license be suspended and wait three months to get my license back? . I, really cant afford the cost of an occupational license. any advise would be greatly appreciated.

If your girlfriend has an outstanding warrant for her arrest in Dallas, why not take care of it before the trip? You take the risk of not taking care of an outstanding warrant and taking a plane trip out of the country.

Regarding the DWI, I would NOT want to have a DWI on my record. Honestly... I'm not sure you are taking this seriously enough. Not only will you have to deal with insurance consequences which will likely cost much more to deal with, you will also have to deal with such a stain on your record. I'd at least go to an attorney for a consultation to find out what can be done.

Warrant Issued in Texas

So if one has warrants for arrest ( speeding and no insurance ) they should take care of it before they leave out of country but what are the steps on how to take care of those warrants. Or what options do they have, can they just pay those of and if so in payments, etc. ?
