Speeding Ticket Wrong!!! Please Help

hey guys, any help would be greatley appreciated.

I recieved a speeding ticket last night doing 84 in a 70. Now when i gave the sheriff my license he asked for my ECU adress. On the ticket it has my East Carolina University dorm adress. Now given that this is NOT my permanent adress i thought this to be incorrect. Also He put the wrong age and NO COURT COST OR TICKET FEE was posted on the ticket in its correct location or anywhere!. Now i heard that this could automatically justify for the ticket being dropped. Is this true? im heading to the DA office to talk to the DA about using my prayer for judegement. I am 18 and my FIRST ticket. So i was wondering if i dont have to use and it that it should be dropped automatically if i say all this to the DA.. any proof of documentation that i can print to take would be greatly appreciated to

Hello, I have never heard that they will drop one due to something the cop forgot to write or wrote, ect. They may give you that class where you spend a Saturday and it will be taken of of your record (defensive Driving was what it used to be called) I hope you get lucky, but they usually side with the police and get their money unless you go pay to take defensive driving. It would be worth it or your insurance will jump especially because of your age. You don't want it on your record! It takes years to get off! Good luck.
