Speeding ticket

I recieved a speeding ticket in September of 08. My conviction date was in October of 08. I revieced 4 points on my license. This is preventing me from getting a driving job. I recently got my CDL class A. Is there any way I can fight this? Or get points removed so I can get a job.

if you already have the pints on your license the only way to remove them is take a "DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE" i did this in VA for $90 and it got me 5 points off my First ticket
