I was given a speeding ticket 73 on a 55, when the officer wrote the ticket he wrote the time of the citation wrong twice one at 11 am and the other 1:50 pm when in reality was at 2 am. Can I use that against him in court?

Sure, if you want to take it that far and risk the chance of a higher fine/points. In order to do this you will need to plead not guilty and set a trial date. Then you will need to figure out how this will be of any benefit in court. Try sitting in on some trials to see if the judge just ignores problems with a ticket or if he is likely to dismiss. If your state does discovery then file and get the officers notes. If he has 2am in them then he will testify to 2am and ammend the ticket. If you can prove that you were somewhere else the judge may dismiss but how are you going to explain receiving the ticket?
