Permanent Residency sponsoring parents

i have a green card (it;s been 2 years), after i become a citizen and sponsor my parents(canadian citizens) how long before they can come to USA? Will their age, health etc be an issue? thanks

There would be no form of discrimination. You would be able to get them here with GC in less than 9 months.
