Spread the Word About Bad Tenants

Is is ok for me to let people know that I had a tenant who destroyed my house, didnt pay the rent, smoked in my home (contract stated no smoking) ? May I give her name to people?

If a future landlord contacts you for an appraisal of these tenants, you can tell them their rent history, their smoking history and that they left your unit with damage above normal wear and tear.
