Squatter laws

I live in state of Illinois city of Chicago. I have 3 people staying in my home as favor to them.No relation to me or anybody in my home. They have never paid rent or any type of bill. No lease or rental agreement. No bills to the house etc. are in their name. They are staying in my basement which is illegal as it's not up to city code. Doesn't have 7 foot ceiling. Can I just kick them out?

Sounds like these folks are guests, not necessarily squatters.
