My exgirlfriend and I purchased a house together 2.5 years ago....no money down from either of us. We split last year....I paid her 5000 dollars for cash to move out and find her own place at her request. She signed a document saying this was potential future proceeds of eventual sale of the property. She moved out Sept 07....I began painting ..carpeting ..etc to prepare the house for sale....As of March 08...she moved back in with her mother, children, and new boyfriend....and said i couldnt make her leave...she has paid nothing....promises to pay but doesnt..I offered to refinance the house in just my name and rent it to her....or just to sell it for the balance of the mortgage....she will agree to nothing....she doesnt seem to care about her credit...but i do care about mine and have continued to pay the mortgage...what are my options
