hi, can a mental and physical dissabled person on ssi of $623 a month and on food stamps be sued to pay $ 270 to a mail order store? her payments was to be $35 a month, but she can not pay anymore. she can not return the products because they was lost or stolen while moving. thanks. donn

They can be sued yes but you probably have no way to get the judgement.
